EYE MAKE-UP TIP
How to prevent your eye make-up from smudging or running. by Marlene Klein
The oils produced by the skin of your eyelids and the surrounding areas often cause your eye make-up to smear or run. To manage this problem, apply an eye shadow base (a special eye foundation) over your entire eyelids.
Next, gently apply a powder eye shadow wet (lightly moisten your brush with water prior to applying the shadow). Dust your eyelids with a translucent loose powder to lock in and set your eye shadow application.
If you wear a crayon eyeliner, fix your eyeliner in place by applying a similarly colored powder eye shadow over the eyeliner with an eyeliner brush.
Finally, remember not to overuse your eye moisturizer.
Your eye make-up will look terrific all day!
